EP #2 follows in the footsteps of Kings of Leon's recent collaborations with Zach Bryan, including the songs 'We're Onto Something' and 'Bowery'. The band and Bryan teamed up for a series of stadium shows, where they debuted live performances of these songs. The new EP is a natural progression from their most recent album, 'Can We Please Have Fun', which dropped in 2024. According to singer and guitarist Caleb Followill, the album was inspired by Julia Cameron's book 'The Artist's Way' and the music of post-punk acts like IDLES and Fontaines D.C.
